Structural Color Inkjet Technology

Proprietary wavelength selection and inkjet technology come together to make printing using true structural colors a reality. By printing in structural colors, which are produced by microstructures reflecting specific wavelengths of light rather than pigments, this technology enables the creation of colors that transform based on the angle from which they are viewed and the surrounding environment. Work on potential new applications is ongoing, in collaboration with research institutions and product planning departments.
